Robotic handle application
The robotic handle applicator is designed for the automatic application of plastic handles to canisters.
Basic configuration
- Stainless steel machine frame on height-adjustable legs
- Stainless steel bottle conveyor
- Side belts for stabilizing and guiding bottles or canisters when attaching carrying handles
- Stainless steel carrying handle storage bin
- Belt elevator for feeding handles onto the horizontal conveyor
- Horizontal conveyor for transferring handles by a Scara robot
- Rotary brush system to prevent overlapping of handles
- Scara robot with camera that lifts the carrying handles and places them on the bottle neck
- Sensor for monitoring the speed of the conveyor belt
